The basic tariff is $95 per night and includes the first two guests in the master bedroom, based on a stay of more than 7 nights and providing own linen.

• Extra guests (up to 4) can be accommodated at only $5 per guest per night. [all ages]

• Linen is supplied by default on stays 7 nights or less, and as an option for only $5 per guest per night for stays of 8 nights or more to a maximum of $100 per booking -no matter how long you stay.
