Q: How many guests can you accommodate in total?
A: We can accommodate up to 8 guests
Q: Are we sharing the house with anybody else like some other places?
A: No, when you book The Greenridge it is exclusively yours.
Q: What is the sleeping configuration?
A: We have 6 beds, 2 x queen beds + 4 x single beds
Q: How many bedrooms are there?
A: There are 6 separate bedrooms.
Q: How many bathrooms are there?
A: There is 1 main bathroom upstairs, and 1 en-suite to the master downstairs and a powder room. The main bathroom has a shower and a bath, the en-suite has a shower and a toilet the powder room has a toilet and a basin.
Q: How may toilets are there?
A: 3 separate toilets.
Q: Is the telephone on?
A: No.
Q: Is the internet on?
A: Yes. Free internet is included
Q: What facilities are in the kitchen?
A: The kitchen has all the things you need for preparation and cooking in a holiday or living away from home situation. We have tried to provide everything we could think of that is reasonably needed to be very comfortable. We have double electric ovens with a gas cook-top, a microwave oven, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as all the crockery and cutlery you need.
Q: Can we do our own washing and ironing?
A: Yes, we have a good washer and a separate dryer if you need it, -as well as an iron and ironing board.
Q: We are company employees sharing the house while we work in Melbourne and don't have much time, - can our laundry be done for us?
A: Yes. Your laundry can be done. just let us know what you require and we will pick-up, wash, dry, press and return for you. (extra charge)
Q: Where can I park my car?
A: You can park in the carport if you wish, -or park kerbside.
Q: What time can we have access to the property?
A: Usually from 2:00 pm onwards.
Q: What time do we need to be out of the property on the day we check-out?
A: Before 10:00 am please.
Q: How do we get the key?
A: You get the key from the key-safe and enter whatever time you arrive after 2:00 pm. You will be sent instructions on where to find the key-safe and what your code will be in your emails after you make your booking.
Q: What about cleaning on departure?
A; We don't expect the house to be fully sanitized, -but we do require that it be vacuumed throughout with all dishes done and put away and left generally respectably clean please. If the house is not respectably clean, you may risk losing your security deposit.
Q: What is provided with your linen?
A: We provide all sheets, pillow cases, and towels, hand towels, bathmats, and tea-towels.
Q: Is the spa showing on the floor-plan working?
A: No. It is specifically not described because it is not in service.
Q: OK, we're in! I'd like to book, -how can i pay?
A: There are a few ways you can pay:
You can pay via credit card (there is a 3% PayPal surcharge on credit card payments)
You can pay via credit card. Email, call or text us the card number, expiry date and CCV. Your payment will be processed through our secure system and you will be sent an electronic receipt.(3% surcharge)
You can pay via direct deposit with internet banking. You will need to email us and make a booking and we will send you the bank details
